Books for Balloons
Help us fill the library with balloons!
All youth can play. We have different rules of play for different reading abilities. Read fun new books and audiobooks and enter to win great prizes! You can submit as many logs as you can fill to increase your chances.
Program lasts from Monday, January 10, through Wednesday, November 30. Prize drawing will be Thursday, December 8, 2022. We’ll have a live event on our YouTube Channel from 6:00 to 8:00 pm that evening.
Open for all youth ages 0 to 18.
Here’s how it works:
1) Pick up a form at the Front Circulation desk or the Reference Desk in the Children’s Section. You may also download a form from this webpage.
2) Choose to READ n’ Track either 100 books or “10” 100 pages (that’s 1,000 pages).
3) START READING!! Don’t forget to keep track of your books/pages.
4) When you’ve reached 100 books or 1,000 pages, bring your completed Read n’ Track form to the Front Circulation Desk to be entered into the drawings for FANTABULOUS prizes! You’ll also get to write your name on a balloon for our wall!
Sponsored by the Madison Library Foundation!
