March 4: Secret messages & Morse code bracelets
March 11: LEGOs—I’m marble for mazes!
March 18: Potential Energy and Balloon-powered cars with Cheryl Kimber from IdahoPTV
March 25: LEGOs—It’s a robot invasion!

For ages 6-11—come explore, build, and create!

Family Friendly Films

Looking for a fun movie afternoon on the big screen? Join us for Free Family Friendly Films on Fridays at 3:30 PM in the Community Room! We’ve got new releases and beloved classics lined up:

  • March 7 – Lady & the Tramp (G)

  • April 18 – Moana 2 (PG)

All ages welcome, but children 12 and under must be accompanied by a responsible party aged 14 or older. Parents, please prescreen the films to ensure they’re right for your little movie fans!

Great Reads for Girls

Get ready for a night full of Clementine-style fun at Great Reads for Girls on Thursday, March 13, at 6:30 PM in the Community Room! We’re reading Clementine by Sara Pennypacker, making bird feeders & journals (because ideas can’t be tamed!), and snacking on clementine oranges with veggies & dip—because rules are meant to be bent, but nutrition isn’t! Grab your grown-up and join the fun—Clementine wouldn’t miss it!

Books For Boys

Adventure awaits at Books for Boys! Join us on Thursday, March 20, at 6:30 PM in the Community Room as we step into the world of Ranger’s Apprentice: The Ruins of Gorlan by John Flanagan. Train like a Ranger by crafting your own bow and arrow, then feast like one with Boar Bites (little smokies wrapped in bacon), Tug’s apple cider, and trail mix treat bags. Sharpen your skills—because a Ranger is always prepared!

Armchair Traveler Challenge: Apprentice Artist

Reading can inspire creativity and we are painting a masterpiece! Take an epic journey with us this year as we explore the world of art, from color and style to history and industry. Armchair travelers will read books to create a portfolio of canvases that earn them opportunities to enter the final drawing for our grand prizes. Any reader who joins us for even a portion of the trip will receive small prizes along the way. Sign up today at the Library Circulation Desk!
