Exploring Writing Software

Monday, April 12th at 4:30 p.m. in the Community Room

This month we’re exploring writing software and programs available to make your writing better!

Join our teen Discord server to chat about writing and more with other teens throughout the month.

We’ve got a Book Face photo challenge and an Easter egg hunt going on this month on our Discord server. Come and join the fun!

For every message you send  (with a 1 minute cooldown time) you'll find a number of Easter eggs  Check how many Easter eggs you've collected by typing t!points in the Easter egg channel  For every 500 Easter eggs, you can come in to the library and get a tasty prize

Kid and Tween STEAM: Flying Machines

These paper airplanes are easy to make and fly incredibly far! Things you will need include: Scissors Tape Glue Ruler 3x5 card 2 8.5x11 sheets of paper (one of the airplanes is a bat, so you can use some darker paper for that one if you'd like!)

Would you like to share your writing with other teens your age or just make new friends?

Join the Young League of Writers for ages 12-17. We will meet for an hour to share what we’ve all been working on and talk about what makes writing great.

This month we will perfect our plots with Brandon Sanderson! View his SECOND Youtube video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jrIogch5DBU. Then join us for a game and to share what you have been writing.
